All returns postage is down to the purchaser unless the item/items are received damaged which will require photographic evidence.  All items are photographed before despatch. Refund Policy

All returns are checked upon receipt to ensure they have been returned in a satisfactory, re-saleable condition, including original packaging and labelling.

Upon satisfactory inspection of the returned item:

  1. A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned item.
  2. The refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used to place the order less the original delivery charge.

Please note:

  • We cannot refund any charges paid for enhanced delivery services.
  • It is important that any unwanted items, unless faulty or damaged, are returned in a re-saleable condition. This includes original packaging and labelling.
  • Refunds are not provided for any personalised items or items made with specific colours/fabrics etc.
